What data we collect

When you use this website, we may process the following data:

  • Contact form. When you send us a message via the contact form, we process the name, e-mail address, subject and message you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry. This data is sent to a mail-processing service we use (hosted on Vercel) that forwards it to our mailbox. We do not use this data for any other purpose and do not sell it to third parties.
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (e.g. which pages are viewed, approximate location and device type). This data is pseudonymised where possible. Data retention in Google Analytics is generally 14 months (Google’s default setting).
  • Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact form from automated abuse. This is necessary for the proper functioning and security of the contact form and is therefore not tied to your cookie consent. Turnstile may process technical data such as your IP address and interactions with the page.

Legal basis and third parties

We process contact form data based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics data is processed based on your consent. Spam-protection data (Cloudflare Turnstile) is processed based on our legitimate interest in a secure, spam-free contact form. We share data with the following processors: Google (Analytics), Cloudflare, Inc. (spam protection) and Vercel Inc. (hosting of our mail-processing endpoint). We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@pi-visions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
